American Idol is a joke. It's a tv audience popularity contest. They vote for who they like, not who has talent. Also, the losers have and get better recording contracts than the winner, because they are not bound to the one year salary limited contract that the winner gets. Loser Skylar Laine lives near me, and she is already getting massive offers, and in a matter of a couple of weeks, she is free to accept the one she wants.
