Ok,,call me crazy,,call me bored, call me curious or just call me,,,hey,,,,,,,  ,,  I never said stupid !!!!,
I have been fooling around with browsers. No not IE,,or FF,or Chrome,,I mean like,,,,Acne !!!! That's not funny,,stop laughing. Actually Acne seems pretty cool. Plain ,simple look and design,,very easy to use
although i haven't got to how secure it is,,my youngest son doesn't have much space on his computer anymore and the only thing he uses it for is to look up school work. IE freezes on him,,so Acne to the rescue,,so far. I'm going to be trying a lot of browsers in my search for a lightweight fairly quick little and some not so little browsers. If anyone has any ideas,,throw them at me.

Claw - You should try SRWare Iron portable on the son's computer. Chrome-based but minus the security issues and, most importantly, doesn't require installation: http://www.freewarebb.com/files/file/6043-srware-iron/

I've tried SlimBrower in the past and found it pretty good but not what i needed. Maybe try that portable route with SRWare Iron; i would use that instead of Chrome. And maybe try Firefox portable..
