Over the course of two days I needed help from Microsoft. I would just like to say thank you to the two reps. that not only responded quickly but stayed with me until all issues were complete. I even got an e-mail "thanking me" for contacting them! I know it's just a form e-mail,,but I want to just say "Thanks" to Microsoft,,I've NEVER had that much cooperation so fast and easy from them before!!!!!!!!
