It's seldom that I actually feel I get value for money by paying for my TV license to the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) given that we have a wealth of other channels available and have to continue paying for this license, essentially when it's really only a handful of channels we're paying for - but over the past month or so I've been watching a nature series called "Frozen Planet" narrated by the legendary David Attenborough which took us on a journey through both the North and South Pole following the changing seasons and it's effects on the poles and it's animals.

I've never really watched a nature program before as they've never really struck me as interesting - don't ask my why I managed to watch the first of the series but I was hooked from there. Each week thereafter was an appointment set in stone in front of our TV. For anyone not lucky enough to have been able to view this on their TV, get yourself over the BBC's iPlayer service here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00mfl7n/episodes/guide) and watch the last 6 episodes - I guarantee, if you have an interest in the world in general and how the poles affect the planet's weather system, you'll be blown away and amazed at this stuff - from the emigrating animals in winter to the challenges faced by the film crew, it's just one fascinating story after another :)

Just prove me wrong, go !!
