Microsoft is often made to look very evil by competitors often trying to pose as regular everyday consumers -- busted two in the past myself and I don't even work for Microsoft.

I don't think that jealousy is a sin -- it is just a sin that people let their competitive spirit mutate into stupidity. If someone gets jealous that is a call signe telling you that you should pursue whatever it is that makes you feel that way -- not bash yourself or anyone else that took the initiative and got the ball rolling.

I'm going to keep my mouth shut on this one.

Hey, I understand they're simpler to use and everyone knocks on the poor big billionaire, but I can honestly say, having tried all but Windows 7 out thoroughly, I can say I honestly don't like their products. I don't mind them, its not as if I hate them to death, but I'd prefer a different OS than one made by Microsoft. I live near the people who work there and know some of them personally; it isn't a giant evil corporation like say Enron or the tobacco companies. I just prefer more options and I'm all about supporting Open Source. XP has done me well, with only a few major annoyances throughout the year or two I've had it. So all in all its products aren't horrid (at least XP isn't ) but I don't love them and I'm certainly not going to defend them. On the other hand I don't have nice things to say about them either.

Okay, I guess I'm not going to keep quiet but I won't do the ten words thing because that may end badly.
