Free Community Calendar Application?

Hi All,
I'm looking for a free community Calendar that everyone may add items to.
This would be on a password protected site so only those who have the password can add to the calendar.
I am looking for an application that would be able to access Outlook and update the users various outlook calendars
as well if possible.  Is there such a thing?

Off the top of my head, I can only suggest http://www.freewarebb.com/index.php/files/file/8356-luxcal-web-based-event-calendar-20/ - not sure if it integrates with Outlook but I think you'll be hard pushed to find this

Opps... Already ran in to a problem.
Everything is Kosher except: The web server should be able to run php-scripts (PHP 5.1 or higher)
I just checked the Server we are leasing from 1&1.com and they are running 4.4.7 or something close to that.
I just glanced at it once I saw 4.x I knew I was in trouble.
Do you have a PHP 4.X version of this Calendar Compiled?
Thank You,

v4.4.7 is seriously outdated, they certainly shouldn't still be running that version, you will find it difficult to find a lot of applications if they insist on making you use that version of PHP, my best advice is to request they upgrade your PHP version unless of course you are using something else which can't run on a higher PHP version.
