Revo is arguably the best free uninstaller available. Revo Uninstaller will help less experienced users clean up any leftover data files and registry entries after uninstall. The level of that cleanup can be set from within the programs options/preferences but remember; the more aggressive settings will increase the likelihood of incorrect identification...so do not use those higher settings unless you know what you are doing and are prepared to sift through the lists of entries.

However, Revo's default settings (on installation) are fine so if you don't mess with the preferences you should be good to go.
