Steve, although this post is a little old I don't see any reason at all why the process shouldn't work in the normal manner - unless, of course, something has changed with the downloads themselves in which case I'd not be able to help I'm afraid - best advice I can give is to try downloading again and follow the process to the letter
Please remember that we have people from many different timezones on the site and if your post requires a reply it could take longer at some at some points because of this.
