SUPERAntiSpyware Free edition is among the best tools available to help with identifying and removing malware.....perhaps the very best!!

The latest version has improved this application even further....this from Mike Duncan at SUPERAntiSpyware:

Our 64-bit support is the result of careful development and will allow SUPERAntiSpyware to remove actual 64-bit infections.
