PointandSee is a FREE simple but full featured under cursor colour finder.

Simply move the finder over the colour that you need to distinguish.

The inbuilt magnifyer and X,Y readouts allows you to see in detail your selection and aids to pinpoint the exact pixels under the finder.
The colour under the finder is displayed in the Point Colour box, at the same time R,G,B and Hexidecimal values for the selected pixel are shown.

System Colour picker dialogue can now be called by clicking on the point colour box. Selected colours are automatically added to the swatch panel.
PointandSee can now be made to float above other program windows via the options menu.
