Mr. Gengo provides a way of learning advanced Japanese vocabulary by several languages, such as English, Russian, German, and French.
The original data is from the JMDict (Japanese-Multilingual Dictionary) Project, and that is why you can currently choose only 4 languages I mentioned above.
The Mr. Gengo currently has the following vocabulary:
The Mr. Gengo is not for beginners who just started learning Japanese, but is for those who can at least read Hiragana and want to learn advanced Japanese vocabulary since the questions are simply generated by randomly and are not well organized to learn Japanese step by step.
What's New

- French: 14,131 words
- German: 64,826 words
- Russian: 5,153 words
