From the same author of "Sekaiju Music Sequencer", Mr. Kuzu, "MIDITester" is free, open source MIDI keyboard and controller software. It has following features, and it can be used as a MIDI player, too.
Relaesed under the term of GNU LGPL. You may download, copy, share, and see source codes, reproduce it under the term of LGPL.
This software will run initially using Japanese language, to change the language to English select the 6th tab and select the 5th option from the drop down menu to change it.

- 2010/07/30, MIDITester2.2 has been released.
- * MIDICSV file(*.csv) import is supported.
- * A bug that in file open dialog wrong file extention is listed is fixed.
- * A bug that the toolbar's time signature is shown wrong is fixed.
- * MIDIDataLibrary is updated to 2.3
