ShoutBox Workout Timer is a free multi-purpose interval round timer for fitness and martial arts training. Fully programmable, customizable and expandable. Record your own workout routines or use one of the many provided routines.
More than just a timer, ShoutBox Workout Timer lets you set random events that occur throughout the round. Never the same workout twice. Use it like an at-home personal trainer. Create your own workouts, use any of the over 100 sounds provided or add your own.
Use the same training techniques used in boxing gyms and karate schools to call out exercises, punches and kicks during your workout round. Mix heavy bag and calisthenics during a round and much more.
