Folder Creation App is a handy application that was designed in order to help you make your own keyed folders in no time at all.
This utility creates folders based on the parameters set by the user. These parameters are the date range which is represented by the two Date/Time Picker Fields, the Prepend, Format and Append Fields.
It is important to note that if either of the two check boxes for separate by month or by year are checked for format is forced as yyyyMMdd.
