Changed: Server Manager and Preferences dialogs will now prompt to save the settings if the form is closed with either the cancel or close buttons.
Fixed: Sorting by date and size columns now works as expected for remote directories. (Thanks Jotnar).

Fixed: Crash sometimes caused when closing the Server Manager and Preferences dialogs.
