QuickZip allows you to perform powerful archive operations over a wide range of archive types using a familiar explorer like interface.
Quick Zip can create 10 different formats (zip, cab, lha, tar, tgz, bz2, bza, 7z, sqx, rs) and read 28 different formats (zip, cab, lha, tar, tgz, bz2, bza, 7z, sqx, rs, rar, ace, arj, gca, bel, zoo, pak, cpt, arg, asd, dzip, shar, zac, MacBin, Compress, Freeze, Splint, Jam) as well as various kinds of encoding formats without using any external programs.
Additional features include creating SFX (self-extracting module), integrated multimedia viewer, enhanced file list generation with grouping support. A backup script generator Is included to provide one step backup support for your files.
