I've been using Format Factory, this is just as comprehensive and the configuration options are much more useful. The interface is clear and drag'n'drop is supported - the preview pane is a great idea. Seems fast too. Niggles? Not much - would like to change the icons and put it in the context menu, but then the look of Format Factory is much worse.. Excellent, thanks.
