When we last updated Emsisoft Anti-Malware, we made sure it was still virus and malware free and the developer's site had no proven issues in any of the reputable site advisory services. In the unlikely event you notice any issues, please let us know immediately, otherwise we will schedule this software for another scan the next time it is updated.

Hmm, AFAIK this one is not freeware. 
It is, there are options after the installation to choose 30-day trial, enter a license key to unlock or continue in freeware mode
Marko is 100% correct. In fact it is Freeware+, because it comes with a completely free 30 day trial of the full version, real time protection and all. And, as Marko said, users have the option to either accept the 30 day trial or install immediately in Freeware Mode.
