Jumbo Website Manager is an open source web application that allows the creation and management of small to medium websites. Jumbo focuses on usability by allowing end-users to edit the content of their website without having to go through control panels. Jumbo falls into the content management system and website builder categories as it possesses key features which can be observed in both types of systems.
