A tiny ACNE Internet browser is based on Microsoft Internet Explorer engine. ACNE browser has no fancy features like tabs, list of favorites, toolbars. It is intended to use by regular office worker, who uses Internet daily but doesn´t need these features and wants to stay under his chief´s eyes radar.
The browser has only go, back, stop, refresh and quit buttons. Because of its simplicity, ACNE starts and works really fast.

When we last updated ACNE, we made sure it was still virus and malware free and the developer's site had no proven issues in any of the reputable site advisory services. In the unlikely event you notice any issues, please let us know immediately, otherwise we will schedule this software for another scan the next time it is updated.

very nice; no tabs, no fancy buttons
requires .Net Framework 4.0
Slight issue I've noticed with this browser is it will open links that require a new page/tab in internet explorer but opens it behind the main ACNE page - trying to bring the new page to the front is a pain, only way I could find of doing it was to minimize ACNE itself - not quite the innovation it could be 
Despite claims by the developer it starts and works really fast, again, not really seeing it personally - it's certainly not slower than other browsers but definitely not faster either.
