ColorUtility will tell you the real-color equivalent of hexadecimal and decimal color codes, and will also give you the hexadecimal color code of a real color. It features an RGB color chooser which is easy to use and a simple on-screen color picker.

ColorUtility is now equipped with color filters, which will allow the user to create new colors instantly, and now also supports four (and growing) languages. It now also features color tools, such as the color combiner or the advanced random color tool. Manipulating colors has never been so easy!
