SCARM means Simple Computer Aided Railway Modeller and it (probably) is the first Bulgarian software for simplified design of scaled railway layouts and modelling of miniature model tracks.
Since the the program is in its initial stage of development, it can do a small set of things, but this will change in the future, depending of your interest and my free time
